What do I need to do to prepare for our sessions?
Allow yourself a few minutes to relax and reflect on what you really want from this session. Arrange a time and space where you won’t be interrupted. Create a nurturing space for yourself and bring a note pad and a pen for those 'aha moments'.
What will be required of me?
Effective transformation requires a commitment to the process and to yourself. Be willing to take a look at your life with honesty and a sense of curiosity. Come with an open heart and an open mind and be willing to say yes to something new. You will always be in the driver's seat. Keep it light. The journey can be fun!
Will you be putting me through a system or methodology?
No, each session will be co-created between you and I and will be as unique as you are. We stay in the present moment and work with whatever is asking for attention. Feel free to come with a question or focus for the session but if it doesn't feel clear at that time we will find it together. It's amazing to see where we start and where we end up at the end of the session. In my greatest wisdom I could never plan some of the magic that unfolds when we co-create together.
